Who We Are

Green Governance Zimbabwe (GGZ) is a non-partisan advocacy, research, and community engagement organisation dedicated to advancing environmental justice, climate resilience, sustainable natural resource governance, and inclusive development in Zimbabwe.

Established in 2019, GGZ works to strengthen the capacity of communities, civil society, government institutions, and development partners to promote transparency, accountability, and meaningful participation in environmental and natural resource governance processes.

We believe that sustainable development can only be achieved when communities have the knowledge, agency, and opportunities to influence decisions affecting their environment, livelihoods, and future.
